Driven by a profound passion for transforming ideas into reality, he took a leap of faith in 2020, leaving his corporate job to fully dedicate himself to The Delta Project's vision. As co-executive director, Joel leads the charge in ensuring the organization's sustainability and impact on juvenile students caught in the cycle of incarceration. Through his role as a facilitator of The Delta Project Conversations and leading the Future Skills - Digital Editing program, Joel is making a significant difference in the lives of marginalized youth, providing them with hope, education, and opportunities to break free from social stigmas and limited resources.
